Check an open-source project's license before you use its code
====================================================================
node check-license.js owner/repo

Example: node check-license.js expressjs/express

Uses GitHub's free public API. "recognized: false" means GitHub's own detector couldn't
confidently classify the repo's LICENSE file -- it does NOT mean there's no license. Always
read the actual file when this happens.
